Generate QR codes for URLs, text, WiFi
Built & maintained by Pappu Venkata Subbi Reddy, founder of Clacify
The QR Code Generator turns any text, URL, phone number, email, Wi-Fi credential, or UPI payment link into a scannable QR code you can download as an image. Type your content, customise the size, and download a crisp PNG ready to print on a poster, business card, menu, or product label. QR codes have become ubiquitous in India — from UPI payments to restaurant menus to event check-ins — and this tool lets you create one in seconds with no sign-up. Everything is generated in your browser, so the data you encode (which may include payment details or private links) is never sent to a server.
The tool encodes your input using the QR code standard (ISO/IEC 18004), which arranges the data into a matrix of black and white modules with built-in Reed-Solomon error correction so the code still scans even if partly damaged or obscured. It selects an appropriate version (matrix size) for your data length and the chosen error-correction level, then renders the matrix to a canvas you can download as a PNG. Larger payloads produce denser codes; keeping URLs short yields cleaner, easier-to-scan results. The QR image is created entirely in your browser with no server round trip.
Open Clacify's QR Code Generator, select URL mode, paste your website link, and click Generate. A scannable QR code appears instantly — download it as PNG and use it in print materials, social media, or any digital platform.
Yes. Select WiFi mode in the QR Code Generator, enter your network name (SSID) and password, choose the security type (WPA2/WEP), and generate. Anyone who scans it with a smartphone connects to your WiFi automatically — no need to type the password.
