Convert rich text or HTML content to a downloadable PDF
Built & maintained by Pappu Venkata Subbi Reddy, founder of Clacify
Clacify's HTML to PDF converter lets you type or paste rich text content (with bold, italic, headings, lists, and links) or raw HTML and convert it to a downloadable PDF — entirely in your browser. Useful for creating quick PDFs from meeting notes, formatted reports, HTML email templates, or any web content you want to save as a print-ready document. No server upload required.
To convert any webpage: in Chrome, press Ctrl+P (Cmd+P on Mac) and choose 'Save as PDF'. For more control over formatting, copy the page content, paste into Clacify's HTML to PDF tool, and download the customised PDF. Alternatively, paste the raw HTML from the page source for full conversion.
Open Clacify's HTML to PDF tool, type or paste your content directly into the rich text editor — add bold, headings, lists and formatting using the toolbar — then click Convert to PDF. Download the resulting PDF file. No Microsoft Word or LibreOffice required.
