Draw or upload a signature and add it to any PDF page

Sign PDF lets you add your signature to a PDF without printing, signing, and scanning. Draw your signature with a mouse or finger, or upload an image of it, then place and resize it anywhere on the document — perfect for contracts, forms, offer letters, and agreements. Everything happens in your browser, so the document you're signing (often sensitive or legal) is never uploaded to a server. The signed PDF downloads instantly, ready to send back.
Your signature (drawn on a canvas or uploaded as an image) is captured as a transparent PNG. The PDF is loaded with the client-side pdf-lib library, which embeds the signature image onto the page at the position and size you choose, then saves the modified PDF for download. The whole flow — signing and stamping — runs locally in the browser, so the document never leaves your device. Note: this adds a visible signature image; it is not a cryptographic/digital signature.
Open your PDF in Clacify's PDF Signature tool. Draw your signature in the signature pad using your mouse, touchpad, or finger — or upload a PNG of your signature. Drag and resize the signature to the correct position on the document. Click Download to save the signed PDF. No account or e-signature service subscription needed.
Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, electronic signatures are legally valid in India for most contracts and documents. However, for legally binding agreements, a certified Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) issued by a licensed Certifying Authority is required. Handwritten-style e-signatures (like those created here) are acceptable for internal documents, consent forms, and many business contracts but may not suffice for government filings.
