Browse and preview ZIP contents without extracting anything

Clacify's ZIP Inspector gives you a VS Code-style file explorer for any ZIP archive — without extracting a single file. Upload a ZIP to see its complete folder and file tree. Click any text file (TXT, JSON, JS, Python, HTML, CSS, Markdown) or image (JPG, PNG, SVG) to instantly preview it in the pane on the right. JSON files are automatically pretty-printed. Code files are shown with a dark editor background. Download individual files with one click. Everything runs in your browser — your ZIP contents are never sent to a server.
Open Clacify's ZIP Inspector, drop your ZIP file, and the tool immediately shows a browsable file tree of all contents — folders and files with their sizes. Click any file to preview text, code, or images in the right panel. You never need to extract the ZIP to check what is inside.
Yes. ZIP Inspector previews all common text and code files — JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, Java, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, CSV, Markdown, shell scripts, and more. JSON is auto-formatted with indentation. Large files are truncated at 20,000 characters with a notice to download for the full view.
