The Age Calculator tells you your exact age in years, months, and days from your date of birth to today (or any chosen date). Beyond the headline number it also shows your total age expressed in months, weeks, days, hours, and even your next-birthday countdown. It correctly handles leap years and varying month lengths, so the result is precise rather than an approximation. This is handy for filling official forms that require age in completed years, working out eligibility cut-offs for exams, jobs, or pensions, calculating the gap between two dates, or simply finding out how many days until a milestone birthday.
The calculator finds the difference between two dates by subtracting years, months, and days separately and borrowing where needed — if the end day is earlier in the month than the start day, it borrows days from the previous month (using that month's actual length), and similarly borrows months from years. Leap years (divisible by 4, except centuries not divisible by 400) are accounted for so 29 February dates and year spans are exact. Totals in weeks, days, and hours are derived from the precise day count between the two dates. All calculation happens locally in your browser.
